Lillian

We are very sad to report that Lillian Kalemara passed away on Sunday, September 7. Lillian was a Director of Arise Africa who we loved dearly. She was truly a saint who loved the Lord with everything she had. When our team was in Africa in July for the groundbreaking, Lillian is the one who worked so hard at Bukaleba to make sure the groundbreaking was a success. In addition to her sweet spirit, her love for the children is what will be remembered most about her. She told us that the building of the Children's Center means to her that "Christ has come." Her family and the entire Arise Africa Staff will be in our prayers through this difficult time.
