Hey, just wanted to let you know that we set up a table to get all these children sponsored! The packets were gone in less than 10 minutes. The second service didn't even get a chance. This gives the Orphanage the minimum to cover costs so we are going to put 2 more packets together for each child to get this orphanage adequate funding for emergencies and any other extras they need.
The response at Journey Church was overwhelming, to say the least!
Hi - my husband and I along with a board of directors just launched a nonprofit last month (The Sparrow Fund - www.sparrow-fund.org) to give grants to adoptive families.
